Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Due to print-on-demand production, processing times may vary slightly based on product type and order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping times depend on your location:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us at support@loomlightstore.com and we’ll investigate the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Loom Light Store is not responsible for delays due to customs.
