Made-to-Order Notice

At Loom Light Store, all our products are made especially for you through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is custom-made once you place your order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

To report a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at 📧 support@loomlightstore.com and include:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A description of the problem

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.


Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our sizing guides before purchase)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Orders returned without prior contact and approval

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered to the EU, you may have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this may not apply to custom-made products, which are exempt under EU law. Contact us at support@loomlightstore.com for clarification before initiating a return.


Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
